Termini e Condizioni per l’invio di musica

Inviando uno o più brani a RADIO RAVE, il produttore/artista accetta integralmente i seguenti termini e condizioni:

1. Titolarità dei diritti

Il soggetto che invia il materiale dichiara di essere l’autore originale dei brani inviati, oppure di detenere tutti i diritti e le autorizzazioni necessarie per la loro diffusione.
I brani non devono violare diritti d’autore, diritti connessi, marchi registrati o diritti di terzi.

2. Concessione di licenza

Con l’invio della musica, l’artista concede a RADIO RAVE una licenza non esclusiva, gratuita e revocabile per:

  • Trasmettere i brani tramite web radio e streaming online
  • Inserire i brani in playlist, programmi, set live o sistemi di automazione radio
  • Utilizzare il nome dell’artista, i titoli dei brani e l’artwork a fini promozionali legati alle attività della radio (sito web, social network, player, piattaforme di streaming)

3. Assenza di compenso automatico

La trasmissione dei brani su RADIO RAVE non comporta automaticamente alcun compenso economico.
RADIO RAVE opera come piattaforma di promozione culturale e musicale. Eventuali accordi economici o collaborazioni saranno definiti separatamente e formalizzati per iscritto.

4. Selezione dei contenuti

RADIO RAVE si riserva il diritto di:

  • Accettare o rifiutare qualsiasi brano inviato
  • Decidere se e quando un brano verrà trasmesso
  • Rimuovere in qualsiasi momento un contenuto dalla programmazione, senza obbligo di fornire motivazioni

5. Responsabilità

L’artista manleva RADIO RAVE da qualsiasi responsabilità legale derivante da:

  • Violazioni del diritto d’autore o di diritti connessi
  • Dichiarazioni non veritiere sulla titolarità dei diritti
  • Reclami, richieste o azioni avanzate da terzi

6. Richiesta di rimozione

L’artista può richiedere in qualsiasi momento la rimozione dei propri brani dalla programmazione di RADIO RAVE mediante comunicazione scritta.
La rimozione avverrà entro tempi tecnici ragionevoli.

7. Modifiche ai termini

RADIO RAVE si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini e Condizioni.
Le modifiche saranno valide dal momento della loro pubblicazione sul sito ufficiale o all’interno del modulo di invio.

Terms and Conditions for Music Submission

By submitting one or more tracks to RADIO RAVE, the producer/artist fully accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Rights

The person submitting the material declares that they are the original author of the submitted tracks or that they hold all necessary rights and authorizations for their distribution.
The tracks must not infringe copyright, related rights, trademarks, or any third-party rights.

2. Grant of License

By submitting music, the artist grants RADIO RAVE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to:

  • Broadcast the tracks via web radio and online streaming
  • Include the tracks in playlists, programs, live sets, or radio automation
  • Use the artist name, track titles, and artwork for promotional purposes related to the radio (website, social networks, player, streaming platforms)

3. No Automatic Compensation

Broadcasting tracks on RADIO RAVE does not automatically entail any financial compensation.
RADIO RAVE operates as a cultural and musical promotional platform. Any economic agreements or collaborations will be defined separately and in written form.

4. Content Selection

RADIO RAVE reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any track
  • Decide if and when a track will be broadcast
  • Remove any content from programming at any time without obligation to provide justification

5. Liability

The artist releases RADIO RAVE from any legal responsibility arising from:

  • Copyright violations
  • False statements regarding ownership of rights
  • Claims made by third parties

6. Removal Request

The artist may request the removal of their tracks from RADIO RAVE programming at any time by sending a written notice.
Removal will take place within reasonable technical timeframes.

7. Changes to the Terms

RADIO RAVE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes will be valid from the moment they are published on the official website or within the submission form.
